Shipping Information

I am excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, you can expect it to arrive within approximately 5–7 business days.

Custom Items
Custom or made-to-order items require additional time to ensure they’re just right. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing before your order ships. After shipment, delivery typically takes about 1 week, so you can expect your custom item to arrive within approximately 5 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, I'm here to help.

Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges
I am happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need a different size or color, contact me and I'll do my best to help.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. I recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. I’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email me at LucidLotusDesignsLLC@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
